We will perform a CoolMaxx prior to servicing the air conditioner for its initial evaluation. This will tell us how the system is performing and how many Btus it is producing to cool your home. Then we will clean the evaporator coil (in place cleaning only, clean the indoor blower motor and clean the outdoor coil.
We are going to check just about everything out:
Electrical connections
Freon connections
Size of ducting
Dampers in the ducts
Duct connections
Thermostat
